I pressed some apples into cider, I am pretty sure that the wild yeasts on the apples started fermentation along with the White Labs Dry English Cider yeast in two of the carboys and the fruit wine yeast I added in the 3rd carboy. Which yeasts are going to end up dominating the flavor of the ciders?

It was also about 24 hours before I was able to add the domestic yeast so there was already some bubbling going before I could get the domestic yeast on. Plus, for one of the carboys. The joy of craft brewing, these are truly going to be one of a kind brews. Regrettably no pictures.
