Why do 10 gallon batches?

I just moved to 10 gal batches, from 5 gal for the distinct reason that I kept running out of beer! The effort involved is the same as what it takes to brew 5 gal.

I'm doing 5 right now, but really I just want to get more out of my brew days so I'm planning on a 10 gallon batch setup. You can always do less if you want to in a big kettle.
