Why did I wait so long to mill my own grains...

Lovin it.
First time use for my new Barley Crusher. Set my gap at .28.
Holy moly I hit the numbers absolutely perfect.
Placing all of my readings into Beer Smith it measures my Mash eff. at 86.3%...never got that high. And my overall BH eff at 72.3%
I was laughing at how well I hit the numbers.

congrats! as far why you waited? $200 is hard to part with! how'd you mill it, holding a drill? next upgrade will be motorizing it!

It’s so nice to mill your own grains, and now that your efficiency went up it will stay that way, and now bulk grains will be in your future and that is another added bonus.
