Making two starters for Saturday.

1 for 14 Gallons of IPA
4l Starter at 1.040 - 2 vials of 001. aiming for just north of 700B cells
This thing is goign nuts... yeast is pouring out of the top all kinds of Krausen .

1 for 14 gallons of Pale Ale
3L 1.040 - 1 Vial of 001 on stir plate aiming for around 500B cell count
This thing is relatively quiet with a little krausen but not overly active. Didn't expect this one to spill over as they are both in 5l Flask. Im wondering if its just on the back side where the IPA starter is still doing it thing.

Disclaimer..... the Pale Ale starter has not had as good a stir as the IPA which is the more likely culprit but just wondering if ther ewere any thoughts?
