Picking up 5 lbs of centennial, thinking about picking up a pound of a noble hops. Any suggestions? I am leaning towards hallertau or fuggle...

+1 one on Hallertau and Fuggle. It depends on what styles of brews you like. I love IPA and APA's for example so Chinook, Cascade, Green Bullet, Super Alpha

+1 to Kent Goldings, I feel they are pretty versatile. I always have centennial and cascade on hand. But, then again, every other recipe for me seems to be an IPA haha.

I LOVE me some APA and IPA! I am venturing into lagering so I will be doing some german brews here soon. I have about 1/2 pound of GR Northern Brewer in the freezer now, would another type be good besides the Hallertau? I could go 1/2 and 1/2 with something else...
