Does anyone out there know of, have a list, or have the time and energy to assemble, a list of beers that include when they should be brewed and when they should be consumed?
For instance, we all know an Oktoberfest/Marzen beer is brewed in/around March for consumption in Sep/Okt. Bockbierzeit (Bock beer time) in Germany is in Nov and carries over into Feb in some places.
I know that we, as homebrewers, can enjoy our favorites throughout the year, but many brewers say they wish they had a list/chart of special brews and the time to brew them.
Anyone disagree?
