When to remove Hop Bag?

I am trying to brew with a hop bag. So far so good, then I realized that I don't know when to remove the bag/hops. Should I remove it as soon as the boil time is done or leave it in until the wort cools and I transfer?

I leave it until I transfer.

when did you put the hop bag in?
If the bag has been in for the whole boil, it makes no difference.
If they were an aroma addition in the last period it still makes no difference.
They hop bag does interfere with the cooling, I take mine out before I cool.
