Hey guys! I am wanting to put together a quick, easy, and VERY BASIC wheat recipe for my wife. I am wanting to use ingredients that I already have around the house. I already have 6 lbs of Hefe DME and the only hops I have are Hallertau hops.

So my question is how should I go about figuring out the hop additions. (ie, amount and times) I know that this is a super easy and basic recipe but I'm relatively new to brewing and I've only ever brewed kits. Thanks a lot for the help.

One ounce of Hallertau at the start of the boil. That is all. :D

Let us know how it turns out.
