Nuttin... Kegged a 7Cs ale, kegged cottage house saison, and bottles and kegged skeeter pee, saturday is a imperial pumpkin pie ale brew day and working on my brew stand...

5 Gallons of a modified version of The Good Life Pale Ale. However, it is so dark I don't think it fits into the pale ale category. :mug:

I just bottled the last of an imperial oatmeal stout I made over the summer - this last gallon was sitting on bourbon soaked-oak cubes for about a month. Samples pulled tasted great. Nice and smooth.
I have an all-Brett IPA going now. Been in for about a week and a half and it's percolating nicely.
Brett Clausenii yeast, had a bit of an issue there in that the first pack I got didn't get going in the starter - it still hasn't. Had to run up to the LHBS for a new pack while the mash was going. Mostly 2 row, with a pound of Crystal 40 (That's the bill I like in my IPAs.) Aside from bittering with my homegrown Newport hops, I used all Cluster for 10, 5 and FO. Should give an interesting aroma / flavor when combined with the Brett.

Fermenter 1: pumpkin pie ale
Fermenter 2: Christmas ale
Secondary: wet hoping an IPA.

I have not played in a while.

I have to curse out Oldsock because after reading his book "American Sours Beers" I got more into sours and wild beers. I had to go buy many more carboys for some of these long term brews.

Here are the brews I have going right now.

Wild Saison fermented with my house wild caught yeast and some brett added
Lambic
Saison with several strains of brett added
Flanders Red Sour
Belgian Tripel with brett
Rye Saison with brett
Oat Saison with brett
Belgian Dubbel
Rye IPA
Blonde sour
IPA with Centennial, Amarillo and Simcoe
Irish Red for my nitro tap.

5 gallons of Robust Porter. 3 oz of Maker's Mark soaked oak cubes. Cold crashing now. Planning to keg as soon as we drink the Belgian dubbel orange (Beermosa). I need another keg...

My Oktoberfest is in its last 3 days of lagering
My Christmas Ale is just about done
My Wheat Ale is fermenting away and will be a blue berry wheat in a week

Christmas Ale - Ageing
ESB about ready
ESB started yesterday
Chocolate Porter
Gulden Draak clone
Dragons Milk clone
Flanders Red (for next year)

Orfy's Hobgoblin Clone. Next up: lookin for a really special Holiday Spiced Ale recipe.

An extract/specialty grain Irish Red.

I am thinking about adding some Honey Smacks cereal as a
"dry-hop" addition...

The Cooper's English bitter is about done, & the IIPA is bubbling like crazy. My son called with a few more ideas for beers, & now has some devil's tongue peppers he wants in a wit beer.
