Yeah I'm hoping to stock up on a bunch of cans for my wedding in the middle of October. Gotta give people an option over the standard wedding fare.

I'm assuming your venue allows for outside beers to be served? At my wedding last summer, our venue had to purchase any booze served via distro, and Carton was able to accommodate and send a few cases of Boat direct to the venue.

Sounds lovely
hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng!

i haven't been to carton in a while time to change that..

FYI & FWIW - Brotheron's IPA... just the base one... not the pale ale or the double IPA... it has similarities to Tree House Julius... just wanted to throw it out there. Get your hands on some when possible... i don't think you are going to go "holy ****, this is the second coming of Jesus Christ our lord and savior", but i do think you'll be a bit thrown back that some new kid on the block put out something so tasty

ForkAndSpoonOperator send the word to you know who that I approve of this message.. also that i'd like some cans : )

That moment when you're in Cranford, go into The Cellar at the Cranford Hotel, and run into CoinStarChange. I was all like

Just a small moment to reflect how I love the NJ Beer Scene
I basically hit the jackpot yesterday. First Newmoneyloons visits me at Kane and then I see darehulk112

Next time I'll have to stay in the cellar to hang, but I was hangry... those Hotel chicken fingers with their honey mustard is sososososo good.

I had a hungry g.f. waiting for me at home, so I understand that dilemma. She still appreciate cold quesadillias action so I consider it a victory

Anybody heading up to the Legends NJCB takeover tonight? Can't make it so I figured I'd just live vicariously through the rest of you.

tl:dr He told the owner of Troon to brew "clear beers" and the hazy IPAs are an "abomination to brewing". Then went off about how he has 30+ years experience. Called some people the "c" word. Proclaimed Lagunitas and Sam Adams as the best IPA brewers in the world. Good times.

So, I saw on facebook that ship bottom brewery is canning their beer soon and one of the brands is "Double Overhead IPA". Really!? How do you not know that there is a beer out there with the same name and produced 50 miles north, no less?

I remember when he put an infected beer on tap at a NJ tap takeover and claimed it as his intentionally sour beer and then went on to criticize batch 1 of Monkey saying that it wasn't sour enough to be a "sour"... and that I should drink his beer instead.

Heard some claims of racism as well but whatever... old and butt-hurt will be old and butt-hurt
