What should I do??

I am in the beginning process of an addition to my house. A master bedroom with a full basement below, read between the lines here.... a electric brew room!

What I am trying to decide on is should I have a standard 3'-0" door installed or a double door?? I am thinking brew room/workshop.
The other item I am thinking about is a floor drain.... Should I have this added to the drawings? The city sewer is above the new basement floor so it would have to be pumped up.....

Throwing this wide open for ideas.

Yes do it right now, when it's much cheaper than trying to retrofit later. An ejector pump/tank is much easier to set into the concrete BEFORE it is poured!
