What did I just make?

I just brewed up a 2 gallon batch of Centennial Blonde but I got distracted and didn't realize that I was adding hops at the amount for the 5 gallon batch versus the reduced volumes I calculated out when I scaled the recipe down.

Did I just make a Centennial Imperial Blonde? Maybe Double Imperial...IBU's are somewhere in the 87 ballpark!

No worries. It'll taste good. I have hopped up that recipe before with excellent results Makes for a nice "session ipa".
