I bought locally farm grown tomatoes so, avo toast on homemade sourdough, with homemade not too hot sauce. On Monday.

BLT on sourdough for dinner on Tuesday.

The color is off on this rib-eye, it was deeply pink and juicy.

I haven’t had a great deal of time for anything but moving stuff last week. Sunday was a break from it all. Brunch was a ham and havarti omelette, home fries and sourdough toast.
An easy dinner of hamburgers with sides for dinner, no pics.

I had a burger last night...in bed. I was tired and just wanted to watch my show. I get it.

I have two poblanos to roast and then I'm gonna make a red chile sauce and an omelette with said prepared chiles and colby cheddar rolled into the omelette and topped with that sauce. The chile powder is from El Potrero in Chimayó, New Mexico, and it smells so good! Can't wait to try it. this is the inspiration for the dish:



Sort of an ersatz chile relleno.
