The mill looks great @Grannyknot

Got a new cider press from EJWox. Tried to post pics but it says 'file too large'. So take my word for it- she's pretty. Cider season- here I come!

Not in the mail, but I got (in two separate deals) five kegs, a 5lb CO2 tank, and a 20lb CO2 tank (plus some assorted homebrewing junk) for $180 total yesterday.

Also, I did get some dried kveik in the actual mail.

I think that handily beats out my 4 kegs and 5lb tank w/ regulator for $150. Nice!

TriClamp Torque Wrench came in today, kind of a throwback to my working career where every bolt, connector, and anything else that moved needed to be torqued.

Search INTEGRA TD-30INLB-B 30 IN-LB KNOB STYLE SANITARY CLAMP TORQUE TOOL.

I lucked out on Ebay as I've been looking for one of these for a while now. Mine is the extended version, there is also a short version. Also be aware there are different torque specs for different types of gaskets. I only use silicon gaskets so 30 in/lbs is good for my application. Teflon and some rubber gaskets can be as high as 50 in/lbs of torque.

Thanks for the info, I'm a stickler for details. I've been doing it by hand for years and never had an issue but exact is best.
