Well, it was yesterday, but felt like Christmas: Spike Brewing 10g kettle, Chugger SS pump, some tubing, and a pH meter.
A bigass bag of Cascade hops a guy on another site gave me. He said he went to AB's "great hops giveway" (!!!???!!!) and ended up with more whole-leaf Cascade hops than he could use, so he sent me a bag.

Not my pic, but that's the bag I was sent. It's over a pound. They smell SO awesome! I am just glad that Cascade works for just about everything, as I am going to be hard-pressed to use all those in my tiny 2.5 gallon batches this year.
After my experimental-hops pseudo-SMaSH's, looks like Cascade will be getting the next treatment!

Pound of Simcoe and a pound of Amarillo. 2015 crop. Just in time to dry hop.
2 pound dry hop? That's a lot of aroma! Lol![]()
Even more hops! 1# each Azacca, Cascade, Chinook, Glacier, and Sonnet.
How many hops do you have on hand now?
