That’s on my list. One of these days...
Thats the one I use. I really like it. I messaged inkbird when my old thermometer ( earlier model than that one ) had went berserk and quit working. It was apparently a known issue and he replaced it with that one. That one works excellently and seems to hold one hell of a charge, as I think I've only charged it once or twice in about a year. Thanks @inkbird for the discount code! Very much looking forward to using this bad boy at the next brew day!

I took advantage of a sale like that around Christmastime and bought myself a second tilt. I'm working on a cart right now to get to about 85$ so I can get 10% off (current code), burn up my 20$ GC, and still be over $55 for free shippingPackage of needed items from AIH ordered during their spent $100 and get a $20 gift card sale.
I bought one of those several years ago. Not the Big Daddy but the smaller. I didn't have much success with it. Had to stop the transfer too much to clear out the constant clogging. I have more success draining and straining(filtering) thru the hop spider. I do still have the Big Daddy on my shopping list on Amazon but that button has not been pushed in the 4 years it's been there!!Here's an example of a budget "bouncer" with a mesh "filter".

As a racking screen, imo even "budget" is comparatively pricey compared to at least one alternate method of keeping hop debris out of a keg...

...though as a Randall it has a clear advantage
Cheers!

As in they belong to somebody else or as in destined to meet, really fast, someone in particular?17 30-round and 2 20-round AR-15 mags. Not all of them were for me.....
Congrats! You are gonna love learning about all grain and enjoying the amazing beer you will make as you get better at it. Plus if you can't get outside, there is always the kitchen stove! I do all my all grain stove top. I have a gas burner and an electric conduction top and I still do 99% of my brewing on the stove.Hop bags, Tincture of Iodine, and a bayou mash paddle.
Getting ready to try my hand at all grain for the first time! Well, as soon as the weather warms...
