What basic grains, yeast etc should I try with these hops?

I'm new to this so my plan is to brew five 1-gallon batches to see what works well and what doesn't. The hops I grew myself, they are freshly harvested a few days ago and fully dehydrated. The first batch I started this weekend was based off a kit so I just used their malt mix, grains and yeast with my hops. But now I need to pick up some raw ingredients and the options are overwhelming.

So please recommend some good starter options for me, stuff I can get on Amazon preferably, nothing super complicated, the SMaSH approach or slight twists on it would be a good starting point I think. Here's what I have:

Nugget
Sterling
Cascade

thanks!
