This is a rerun but here's a pic of my wee heavy, co-pitched with Scottish ale yeast and Odd Breed farmhouse saison dregs. I kegged it about 5 weeks ago and it's mellowed out a bit but still nice and tart.

I’m really happy to hear you enjoyed it a lot! I was pleasantly surprised by it too!
Drinking a whiskey sour with a sour mixed substituting the sugar mix with pineapple juice. It’s noticeable but I enjoy it and I’m ok with less sugars and more juice. Yes I know these juices have natural sugars in them…
