Yesterday, I bought a True Kegerater on a song (needs work). It will hold 4 kegs in half the space of my Keezer. So looking forward to brewing again soon.

Kegging sample of a Weissbier. Munich Classic at 64°. I try to highlight the spicy phenols in wheat beers, more than the fruity esters. This has a definite, but not overpowering, taste of cloves. I think this one is going to be really good when fully carbed.

Enjoyed the weekend at the family property (off the grid, no cell service, electricity & running water). I taught my oldest how to drive the 4-wheeler and side by side. She did an amazing job! Now it’s time to get her a helmet b/c she’s on the verge of driving them without me being on them with her.
Then a couple beers last night at home after unpacking and while making dinner.
