Wow this version of Swiftwater’s Big is delicious! I may have to try & get back there to get another bottle to age.

Untappd’s Description:
Our BIG imperial maple stout was laid to rest in a pair of 5 year Applejack casks from our good friends at Apple Country Spirits.

Brewed in summer of 2020, this iteration of BIG rested in oak for 16 months before being transferred to stainless to lager before package.

We get waves of cinnamon, candy apples from the fair, and that nostalgic maple reminiscent of your family's favorite southern tier pancake house (you know the one i'm talking about).

My HB NB partial extract Sierra Madre Pale Ale. Kegged on Monday, tapped today. Love the look and taste. One more extract kits then I think I want to try AG. Already have the cold side, gotta look at hot side budget when it comes to AG. View attachment 776782
Brew in a bag is a great way to go.

Austin beat out 2011 for the hottest July. +4.8F then average. 🥵 I painted our roof shingles white back then. Luckily we don't belong to an HOA. I would've got my a$$ sued big time! 😂 For the record painting it dropped the roof temperature from the 160's to about 125F-140F depending on the coat. Didn't do a damn thing for our bills though. 😔
