Brewed a wheat beer today. After I cleaned up I dropped my spent grains off at a friend's for composting. He gave me a Fat Tire in return.

How did you like that, Nick? That’s become a fairly popular beer around here. The brewery’s website lists the ingredients. Nine (count ‘em) nine different malts, plus honey, in the grain bill. I think it’s a decent Scotch Ale but there are better ones.Montana beer.
