"Up nawth" at our family NH house on a beauty of a day, stopped by the Rek-Lis brewery for some of their fabulous hazy brews and brought home some their best as well. These two are as good as my best

I'm drinking the last bottle of some "grape cider" I made a few months ago. (don't know what else to call it) 3 quarts of grape juice, 1 quart of water, fermented with wine yeast and no added sugar. Then I bottled it like beer. It should be about 5% ABV or just a little higher but less than 6%. It's a lovely color and it's refreshing, but a little too dry and puckery. Maybe that's the tannin. I will make it again but add a teaspoon of erythritol to each bottle next time.
