Homebrew Black Cat Mild Ale.
I’m just as bad since you posted this a week ago and I’m just now seeing it. No email notification that you were tagged in a post or a little number in the corner of an app means I forget to check this tab on a regular basis. I’ll be in touch soon!!Hopefully you can get your hands on some! Last time I was in, they had Middle of Nowhere (might be the variation with Idaho 7 in it instead of Simcoe in the dry hop, went over well, but not my favorite either - but I'm really picky about our beers) left too, which is one of my favorites. The Experimental #1 that is out now is good, just didn't quite end up exactly how I was thinking. Has a little sweetness, probably could lower mash temp to cure that, and it needs a little more hop bitterness on the end.
Just wish we could get our damn meter socket in, so we could turn the 3.5bbl system on, which would allow us to pump out a much larger variety of different beers. Keep our staples on the big system, and then play with the little 1bbl for fun.
Also, I miss this place. I'll try to do better!
I just unpacked what you shipped, much more than I asked for, two thumbs up, tyvm! Some trade action with @Hoppy2bmerry ....WOW, floored!
Tupps RIP2021 has to go to make room. Still a great Texas IPA.

It’s on the east side of the market. Not on the market itself, but other side of the block. Google it. They also have an amazing spot in FerndaleI been to Eastern Market a thousand times, though not since the pandemic hit, and never saw a brewery down there ??
This brew definitely improved with age, and it would be clear if not stirred up from shipping, but I do understand your eagerness to taste it. Thanks for the positive feedback.Nightcap from @Hoppy2bmerry. Tons-o-flavors! The base beer was solid. Thanks so much for sharing! I've been curious on these Christmas beers seen on HBT.
