Back at the farm. HB Wheat IPA. I’ve been gone for 5 days and I’m surprised by how much this beer cleared in the keg. It’s 50% wheat.

Having this while I bottle a gallon of kombucha flavored with mango, pineapple & coconut juice. Made a gallon of tea to add back to the fermenter. Time to relax and finish this TIPA, start a movie at 11:25pm and figure out what to have next.

Added another bottle for tonight. Brooklyn Delhi, an Indian style. Pepper is around 50,000 scoville which puts this sauce in the middle.. Starting the numbing process with some Limoncello that taste like hand sanitizer..

Completed the challenge! We coated them in baking then dabbed some sauce after and still handled it. Each sauce had it's own character for sure. Kinda fun. Anyway moving on..

Hb NEIIPA at 7.8% abv dryhopped with Bru1 LUPOMAX & t90 pellets, Vic secret, and Citra LUPOMAX. Might be my best beer ever. Taste like it was brewed by monkish. No joke. View attachment 732597
