I didn’t know the story so had to google it: Bessie (lake monster) - Wikipedia

The minor league hockey team in Cleveland is also called the Monsters. Same type of story it seems.

I'm drinking an Australian sparkling ale HB from @ajbosley2015. This is actually my first time having this style. It's pretty refreshing and semi malty.

HB tropical stout with toasted and untoasted coconut flakes, vanilla bean, and cacao nibs. I did It 2 oz Whirlpool with zamba hops. It has strong coconut flavor and also that's like pineapple and tropical fruits.

I used Safale K-97. First time using that one. Grabbed a homebrew since I had to go to the basement to see what I used for the recipe. I think it's the law.
