That’s a good can cooler.
Been on a WCIPA kick lately trying different combos and I like to brew lighter WC IPA (and PA). Don’t know why, but I like my hoppy HB’s to be as light as I can. Odd, I know.First shot at brewing a West Coast Pale Ale. Very happy with the turnout. A little light on color, but damn, it's tasty. White Labs 001
I have to say, if I couldn't see the color while drinking it, I don't think I could tell it is as light as it actually is. Solid malt backbone. Maybe a touch of crystal malt would help, but I also don't want to mess with a good recipe and make it worse!Been on a WCIPA kick lately trying different combos and I like to brew lighter WC IPA (and PA). Send me some of that Hefeweizen. Can't get it here in NC.Nice shot! One eerie thing up here is that I’ve yet to see a tstorm roll through. Worries me that we are gonna get slammed by a big boy.

A sixtle of Goat Island Richter's Pilsner in the RV to start the week end off at the beach. Maybe the best micro pilsners I had to date. Made from an old German HB recipe from the late 1800s.View attachment 731319

I like the can. Is there a Lake Erie monster myth/story?…
Yep. I got that glass in an order from Atlantic Brew Supply one time. I was actually through Raleigh a few weeks ago but was just driving through and wasn’t able to stop anywhere."Raleigh Brewing"? Like Raleigh, NC?
