Not salt potatoes but roasted potatoes. Seasoned with Salt, pepper & rosemary of course coated with olive oil. It’s a hit with my wife and oldest. I think it’s getting close to salt potatoes season here in NY.That's right buddy...you drink that swill and pack the rest up for me ; )

Ok.I'm not going to have this debate again, bwahahahaha. I've already been at odds with my step mother, my wife, my other non-NY family. There is no substitute...it's the texture of the taters that makes it different. We've tried everything to replicate it but no dice!
