Hb dry hopped sour. Hops are holding up quite well for a bottled beer, coming on four months and still great aroma, taste and color.

Back of the fridge find. It came with last year’s 12 BOC but was an extra from one of the Californians. It tastes a lot like the Dunkel Weizenbock I made this year but with more ginger. Whatever, it’s aged pretty well.

Not a fan of this brewery but this can was given to me and I’m not one to turn down free beer. A buddy of mine got a custom mix & match 6-pack from the local grocery store and the beer guy who works there made it for him. Well my friend is lactose intolerant and passed it onto me.
