Brewed for the festival that’s no longer happening.

Been on lockdown for nearly 4 weeks.
Only time have left house is to hit a local brewer. Trying to support local as much as possible these days.
Otherwise drinking what I have saved.

Still having neighbor/property line issues. Got a professional survey completed today. Matched what I expected and now there are stakes clearly showing the boundary. Hopefully that will get neighbor to leave me alone. But I’m not confident. Wanted a beer to finish out this day... And listening to Tool. Really liking this latest album.

Hanging in there. Everything but grocery stores and carry out from restaurants is closed. Luckily I can do my job pretty efficiently from home, so not too much change for me other than no commute.

@fourfarthing WHO heavy. Same as mine but fermented with English yeast instead of Scottish. The English tastes less sweet but it finished with a slightly higher FG. So it must be the Scottish yeast esters that come across as sweet in mine. They are different but I like them both.

No pictures of me cutting up a stump from a pine that went down in the wind earlier in the week, or of me flipping the Canadian bacon and corned/beef pastrami curing in the fridge. I did get one of me kegging the chocolate milk stout. I was going to make variants and bottle it so I used two small carboys. But I changed my mind and put both into one keg.
