If only. I'm still stuck in Portland, 2600 miles from my rig. Unless I can throw it together with a few household chemicals I may or may not have laying around.

Humm, some frozen lemonade concentrate, table sugar, bread yeast??

Starting the day. Just found out Austin opened up the City Golf Courses..

Sounds really refreshing...

Warming up to around 80 today. Supposed to rain most the day tomorrow...of course, now that I found out golf is back on.

Where it all goes wrong. Adding a 12.5%er RIS in mid day. Nice flavors. Definitely best beer from my original city. GBR!

An "international" tripel. Belgian grains, fermented with Belgian yeast, hopped with American and Belgian hops (Neo-1, Amarillo, and Saaz), and bottle conditioned with champagne yeast. More bitter than IBU's indicate (28). Next time....still pretty young, I should wait before I contemplate changes....at this point, it tastes very much like an English bitter.
