Another new one from Four Peaks. Definitely taste the grapefruit. Color is off in the pic, it has a pink tone. Just stuffed cheese and jalapeno sausages for 2 hours, time for a break. Yes, I washed my hands, should have washed the glass too!

I’ve brewed one a few times and I’m pretty sure @treacheroustexan has too. It includes lavender flowers near the end of the boil. It also includes lemon peel. I highly recommend it.

I brew a kit from Great Fermentation’s. It’s called Hippie Farm. If you’d rather buy ingredients separately or look for ideas, they have the recipe on their website with the instructions.

Second part of the boil for a kettle sour I started Sunday. Plan to add peaches from last years harvest next week.

oh and my concrete workers said they’re three weeks out to pour my addition foundation, so my life on here will end for about 6 months. Nice knowing you all.

First experiment with kegging, needs to carb longer, and I hope it will clear more. Duvel clone, nice balance, 8.5%, and pretty dam tasty. I've had it on 10 psi for about 14 hours.

It's pretty good. Definitely more bitter than the lighter pale ales and NEIPA's I've been brewing. I just went off of the recipe sheet from MoreBeer's kit. The extract version of this was one of the first beers I brewed, so we've been wanting to make another batch all grain. I used Pineapple Extract that tastes pretty decent. Once this keg kicks I'll be re-filling it with a mango kettle sour that is sitting on the fruit right now.

You'll need at least a week at 10PSI to carb up, assuming it's at the right temperature.

Ok so with all the End of the World scenarios going on I've been a bit preoccupied like everyone else trying to decide important things like do I pay rent or buy grains and brewing equipment..what will my last beer be if it comes to that, ECT...So I'm behind the 8 ball...What the F**K happened to our beloved HBT app? I mean what clowns have time during an Apocalypse to mess with a brewing app??? Sounds like we all need to find out and perform an armoured air assault!!!

I've never used the app but from what I've read there was a security vulnerability within the app and so for safety sake it's been shutdown, (possibly for good?).
