Morning Blokes! Another pork butt going on for tomorrows oldest boy's BD. This one is injected with apple cider and brown sugar added to the rib rub with the usual Tony's.

Hard coffee to start the day off. Actually pretty good. Its 5% sweet coffee w/cream already added. 1 and done tho.

Can’t like. I love coffee, beer, and other forms of alcohol but I keep my coffee very separate from alcohol.

I beleive you can only get it on a cruise ship or in the carribbean(i got it on a carnival cruise) Its got a bit more smoke than the standerd green. I really like it.

When I was in Charleston a few years back, I tried some Chilled Dill vodka. That was some pretty good stuff!
Since then, I have finally figured out how to infuse Stolie with pickling spices using my sous vide immersion circulator.
That makes the best Bloody Marys ever!
