Just curious when you added your Strata hop additions and how you liked the outcome?

I recently brewed a wheat Strata IPA and I’m now leaning towards 0min or whirlpool additions only for the strata hops. Love the the flavor of them Strata hops! [emoji482]

10, 5, whirlpool and then dry hop in increasing amounts. Great flavors and would agree it’s best post boil if you are combining with other hops. I quite enjoy them too!

I still have to cook dinner...we'll see how well that goes.

First beer in about 6 days after suffering through some sort of stomach bug that just wouldn’t go away.

I like Breckenridge. When we’re in the city and I don’t have any homebrew those 15 can Breck variety packs are my go to beer. I really like their Vanilla Porter.

Ever try to add to HB? Wonder how it might alter things.

Only by putting some tincture into the beer. I would expect that adding some decarbed and frozen bud would add a great flavor but my only concern would be also chlorophyll to that since it’d be in there for days on end to appropriately extract everything. I wouldn’t think that it would hurt anything doing it though.

Do a gallon experiment with like 3 grams dry “hopped”

I have a gallon of cloying beer you can have...raw material is HARD to dose from the perspective of not making it horrible.
