I use one bottle of this per 5 gallons. You may want to use less though depending on how strong a hazelnut flavor you are going for.

I wouldn't go more, and if you go less I wouldn't go less than half a bottle. Speaking from someone who has had this porter ...actually I may still have a bottle in the garage.

My beer fridge is near an all time low after having some friends over last night and tearing it apart. Some sours survived b/c they don’t care for sours but everything else is almost depleted.
I may have to start digging into some beers in the basement this week since I’m going to try and hold off buying beers till I travel next week.

Granted, this is a stock photo HOWEVER this is what I'm drinking now, right this second. The beer I'm drinking now, which is the same as the stock photo, doesn't look a lick different.
I will also tell you, that this photo does not diminish, in any way, the awesomeness of the beer I'm drinking at the moment. The Ellison beer is a 12.5% ABV stout and rocks.
Note: I have no idea where my frickin' phone is so I couldn't take a new photo which accounts for the justification.

RIS, 9 days in bottle, 11.29%. This one finished at 1.004, so a bit dry.

EDIT: Actually much less sweet than most RIS's. I like it!
