Hb neipa w kveik yeast and South African hops...kveik brought it down to 1010 so dryer than intended. Hopefully the other 5 gal w London esb yeast stops where intended.

It has nice coffee flavor...like bean flavor, not roasty...and way too sweet cider. Needs more coffee or a drier cider

@imasickboy FotHB beer. Locally brewed wort with cacao nibs, peppers, and cinnamon. Very interesting to say the least. Definitely taste the cinnamon in the end.

The porter i sent you was kveik fermented at about 85 degrees. You really have to under pitch to get any flavor out of the yeast.
