Flying monkey makes such weird stuff. They have a chocolate stout that tastes like eating a Hershey bar, but the only beer I’ve enjoyed from them

Plumbing is all we did, and that was only after I knocked into one of the galvanized pipes while crawling the house. I fixed it first then debated, but it had to get done...the corrosion was gnarly! Pex'd the house then, small house though so cheap and fast. Everything else internally is as it was in the 20s (except inefficient wall heater installed some decades ago and of course the roof). Electrical quotes are $15-20k, windows are ... I dunno ... we have 36 of them so I haven't bothered getting a quote, and everything else is peanuts compared to electrical and windows.

Getting my friend back into brewing after a 20+ year hiatus. We had his first brew, a pale ale...kinda like most of our firsts - it's only going to get better. We reassured him of that.

Ughhhhhhhhhhhh another IPA, Hop Nosh? Guts are reeling now...

I forget what this was...

And I got another homebrewer friend to swing through with his pale ale.

Regretting all these hops already, bleh!
