Fo Sho ! Pulled the trigger and got it from JaDeD. After I ordered it I noticed another thread floating around from Cu.S.S.

I guess he was part of JaDeD and split but was able to keep some IP and is fabricating the Hydra and the King Cobra for about 70 bucks cheaper.

Oh well. Either way I’m stoked!!!

I sure will. From what everyone says ....212 —> 68 in 3 -5 mins for 5-6 gallons.

The idea of cutting 40 mins of chilling out of the brew day is amazing!

For you Iowa guys, we're making a trip out there July 31st and driving from O'Hare eventually to Spencer. I've convinced the wife we need to stay the night in Waterloo, that gets me to Singlespeed. While in Spencer I can hit Okoboji and the two nights in Carroll I can hit Carroll Brewing. If I can get a day trip to Ankeny where should I go, Firetrucker?

I don’t think this one did but I picked up bottles of Saison dell’Aragosta from Oxbow that did. I will critique when I have them back in PA.
