Seriously cut down drinking and all levels of spicy food. That hasn't really helped...but any level of spicy rips through my guts now. Beer seems to be very hit and miss...lost a few pounds by cutting back though. I've never been big, at all, lol, so whatever.

Haven't deleted it yet. Sticking with Paws from now on. Doing so let's me start fresh. Time for Tree House/Trillium/Alchemist..etc...again!
