Did my first sour also with blueberries and its definitely a learning curve but a refreshing style!The 2 sours. Raspberry and Blueberry. Dealing with the fruit pulp was a PITA! Blended too much of the 'raising pH beer". Lost some sour character but my 1st shot at it.

I don't have a ph meter. So every 8 or 9 hours I would taste it while kettle souring until it was balanced imo. Took about 48 hoursHow did you deal with the acidity?
