The 2 sours. Raspberry and Blueberry. Dealing with the fruit pulp was a PITA! Blended too much of the 'raising pH beer". Lost some sour character but my 1st shot at it.

I don't have a ph meter. So every 8 or 9 hours I would taste it while kettle souring until it was balanced imo. Took about 48 hours

@Gunshowgreg I'm normally not a huge fan of the style but this is an awesome blond! Love the clarity! Please forgive as I'm not an expert on the style. Are blond ales supposed to be bitter or were you going for a higher IBU version? Maybe it's just my palate. Regardless, great beer!
