SoCo Homebrew dudes did a Strawberry Wine a while back. Just popped open. Nice subtle but obvious strawberry. Clean also. Darn good!

Strawberry Wine the SoCo Homebrew dudes made like 5 months old now. Super nice! Subtle yet present strawberry and VERY clean.

7% ABV, 68 IBU, Citra & Mosaic.
Tastes awesome.
Was a little concerned with early samples, but it was just green.
It was really piney & resinous...probably due to suspended hop dust, from the massive quantities of DH hops.
Really pleased with this now.

Citra Cutting Tiles from Trillium. First of a trade from a buddy in Massachusetts. Pretty tasty but I'm not sure about the honey addition. It really adds a slight sweetness to the beer that I'm not sure I like.

As a side note, wife was all pissed off since I was more concerned about getting the right beer/skunk picture then Googling how to take the smell out of 2 dogs. Laughing my azz off!...which didn't help BTW..not recommended in this situation.
