I just wish I had that garage!!!
I wish I had the resources to make it what I originally had planned. Frign cancer is really pissing me off. Suckin up all my green.

On another note, HB that I'm sharing with a local restaurant manager.

Wow. That was really close. It's a 70 mustang convertible. My first running car I ever owned. Currently not running, as if I had to say.
1967 SS Camero. Drove it in high school. Mom hinted at giving it to me for graduation but ended up selling it for $1200 without me knowing. I'd STILL own that car..if only..

1st off sorry about your dipa. Been there 50x. 2nd Hope it all goes well! We don't have cancer running on our family, only liver disease ([emoji6]) so can't relate. Stay tough and brew away bro!

It's odd with this style. I have this beer nailed down. I've brewed it many times. But out of the last 4, only 1 was drinkable. When you posted a few weeks ago describing the flavor you're getting when yours turn, I thought, yep that's exactly what I'm getting. Weird thing is, I've gone thru the off flavor kit and pretty much have a well trained palate for those flavors. This fits none of them. I can brew a PTE clone beautifully. But just the slight shift over into NE territory and things get bazaar.

Got distracted earlier. Had this HB Amber Ale from @PianoMan. Pretty good, it reminds me of Fat Tire. Cheers!
That was a "mistake" brew from the Winter Warmer debacle. Took the grain bill which was supposed to be the WW and added London yeast to see what happens...

@pianoman’s Peach Mead. This is tasty! I’m making a list of recipe requests so I can send you the list in one message. I’ll have to toss a bottle of my Strawberry & Blueberry Mead/Melomel with my notes and what not to compare.

That one I threw in all the peachs/honey/water/1118 yeast at once. 2lbs for 2gal. Glad you enjoyed. My 1st attempt.

Speaking of peaches, they are aweful right now so blueberry sour, WLP655, it is.
