It's CA, we only mow about a dozen times a year at best...I might be at 5 mainly veacbec I'm neglectful and my neighbor loves to maintain his house value.

if you guys don't mind answering a quick question first time I harvested yeast and I have three 1 quart jars that look like this. should I pitch it all into a starter for my lager I'm going to do Saturday? I have a stir plate and 5 liter beaker. Had a HB stout for lunch haha .
I would decant 95% of that supernate.
Rouse the the yeast cake with the remaining media.
Add that to a new starter and spin new starter for about 72 hours.

Thanks man! I wasn't too sure how much to decant of that! I'm planning to get a starter going this afternoon and do an over build so I can Harvest from that for next time and save it!
