Cheers! Just happened to be scrolling and see your location.. I stayed in Collierville of all places last year on a business trip. Ate many of times at the Firebirds Grill since it was right by my hotel.

They make a mighty fine steak at Firebirds. Not too many non locals that would even know where Collierville is. I usually just tell people I live in Memphis

The company I was visiting was in Oakland. They put together all my travel and I ended up in Collierville. Almost got screwed in a speed trap too on the way to Oakland.

That's a pretty good haul from C'ville to Oakland. Speed traps are all over the place so that doesn't surprise me. Glad you made it out with no souvenirs [emoji61]

HB vanilla Stout from last night forgot to post . Brewing an interesting hybrid IPA I came up with today that's half German pilsner malt and half us 2 row with bavarian ale yeast and some honey at flameout.
