Oh boy. 32oz of this after 2 HB, 3 Jai Alai, and 1 Icarus Go Flight. Thanks @MC28

cake back from vacation to a broken pool and had to finish the revamp of my 1/2 bath.
Pool fixed, bathroom back together. Then I look up to see a wet ceiling, rip the ceiling up and find a leaky shower drain.
Exhausted, but not making some whiskey-brown sugar marinade for chicken and steak. Also whipping up some dry rubs.
This beer smells like cream soda, tastes of vanilla and super smooth.
Glad to have tried once.
And to think just a day ago I was on vacation!

Thanks.[emoji90] I think it has lost A bit of freshness. It reminds me of an old ale Abit. Glad you like it. I sent the BARIS to make up for any unpleasantness. Gonna make it again and try to keep the up up longer to bring out more esters.

Going to be brewing a double NEIPA with lactose soon. I've never done a beer with lactose so I'm not sure when to add it. Maybe flame out? Any tips?

Went off the grid camping at my family’s property the last couple of day. 89 acres in the middle of nowhere, no cell service, no electricity and no running water. Plenty of trails for hiking and ATVs. Breakfast and dinner cooked over the fire. Mmmm!

Thanks @Scturo for the Mango IPA! It was a tasty treat this weekend.

Sorry for the blast of pics. Catching up from not having cell service.

I would shoot for between 15 minutes and flameout, at a time you're not adding hops. Just me but, I prefer to not add anything else during a hop addition.

I'm bored and it's raining again… So how about music trivia… name the song and the band and drinks are on me! Hint - it's a two part song… So name both parts since they were meant to be together....."you ever heard the story of Mr. faded glory, say he who rides a pony most someday fall" ....this is almost too easy
