I'm having a black and tan with my stout and zombie dust clone. I bottled the Zombie Dust today, and used what I couldn't bottle with the stout. I don't think I'll do that again. It's not very good.
Edit: The ZD clone is very good, just not mixed with another beer, thought I'd clarify the post.

Pulled a taste of my Pale Ale with 2-row, Maris Otter, Wheat, Belma & Simcoe hops. This one is with WLP001. 5.6% ABV.

Next I’ll try the same beer but fermented with a blended yeast (WY1318 & OYL-052).

Cleaning the garage to make brewing easier. Something to cool off with 104 heat index.

Color is noticeably different although the pics may not show it well. They taste different but I think they are both pretty good!

I don't get many mundane days, between board meetings construction projects and designing new construction projects i'm pretty busy. I think that's why I struggle so much on the mundane days.
