No pic because it's in a red solo cup (okay get that damn song outta my head, and need to do the dishes), HB American Strong whose keg I'm trying to kill this weekend to justify brewing next weekend.

The preceding (and current) sentence took waaaaaay too long to type....when I say strong I mean STRONG. Yummy. No not going anywhere tonight. Husband is sick (I do believe the medical term is "whiny grown man with a cold so bad that NO ONE has ever been this sick since the dawn of time") so hiding out in the woman cave lurking on HBT and trying to kill a keg, as aforesaid. Did the good wife bit and brought home cough drops and bottled water, and kraft dinner for something easy for him to eat (and for me to cook).

Too salty? Was this one creamy? The straight Guava Sour is super creamy, so I was wondering if this one would follow suit.

Not too salty at all. Seemed about right. Wouldn’t say it’s creamy either. Seems like the right dryness for a Gose.
