Laughing (and creepy) Clown from Mobcraft brewing in Milwaukee. A rather nice, imperial chocolate milk stout.

Is that clamp one piece or are those special stands?
They are stands that JET has for their line of parallel clamps for doors and frames! Plastic but they work, you likely could make the yourself I got them in a bundle

This one is ok. An unfiltered wheat IPA. Although what’s settling at the bottom of my glass looks like dirt. I’m assuming it’s dead yeast cells but I’ve never had an unfiltered beer that looks like this one.

I’ll add a picture of the bottom of the glass when I finish it.

EDIT - It’s probably just dead yeast cells but when looking at the bottom of the glass while drinking it, it looked blackish.

Anyone know about Narrow Gauge in STL? I may stop in there tomorrow. I need a juicy NE IPA in my life.

Centennial Blonde Ale - It has been on gas for a week, but it is a little under carbed. Understandable, since it was two day in before i realized that the keg had frozen solid in my new fridge, and I was trying to put bubbles in a block of ice! then a day and a half before it thawed out. Then a couple more days at LESS than freezing putting bubbles back in. I was concerned i might have ruined my beer, but NOPE - it now tastes just like slightly undercarbed Centennial ale! SO A few more days and we will be in business.
