The first time I bought it the guy in store recommended an extra ounce of Amarillo for dry hop. It turned out great. For a little extra pop, I'd recommend it.

I find it interesting they use a kolsch yeast!! This batch much better than before the guys are moving their operation soon which is sad bc they actually started brewing good beer recently

I'm back home this weekend so I'm hitting bissel and foundation up tomorrow. Can't wait to stock up. Headway IPA

I'll have to come back bc if it's anything close to bissell I'm in.

Sabotage Saison from Midwest Supplies.I bought this kit to pad my order for a free Big Mouth Bubbler. Tasty.

Sipping on the hydrometer sample of the IPA I brewed last weekend. Was intended to be a session but gravity came in at 1.055. Very light, fruity, tasty. Just dumped some Simcoe on it for dry hop. Next up is a big glass of the House IPA that got tapped on Wednesday. Yes it's before 8am. Beer, it's what's for breakfast.

Chilly evening and worked till dark picking pears from my one pear tree. Wish I had planted a dozen, it has taken 10 years to get a decent amount of pears. So drinking cider tonight, 50/50 mix of 2015 homemade 10 apple dry cider and 2014 Etienne Dupont French cider. The French cider is too tannic for my taste straight, but blended with the cider made from local apples its pretty decent.
