Finally ready after a month of waiting. My own Mosaic Imperial IPA turned out very well. 9% ABV that is well (dangerously) hidden behind dank piney hops with stone fruit and citrus.

Working on 2-5gallon IPA batches to use up my hops and will dump it on the 2 imperial stouts, Wyeast 1098 British yeast.

Looking at Columbus, El Dorado, simcoe for one

And Chinook, mosaic, citra for the other

All 5min, WP, and dry hop only. Should be interesting..

Agreed! Not so sure the other combo. Only used Columbus sparingly and Eldorado once.

I've made Berliner Weiss that are pretty good on top of a spoonful of Oregon Fruit - blueberry... The bw is good on its own though. No funk.
